Phillip holds a Master of Science Degree in Statistics from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Education Degree in Mathematics major from Kenyatta University.

Key Consultancy assignments undertaken by Mr. Didi in the recent past include Development of the (2013-2017) Strategic Plan for Social Protection Secretariat; Development of the (2013-2017) Strategic Plan for the United Nations Development Framework (UNDAF); Development of Strategic Plan for National Industrial Training Authority (NITA); Development of National Employment Policy and Strategy for Kenya; Development of National Industrial Training and Attachment Policy for NITA; National Manpower Survey for East Africa Community (Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda); National Manpower Survey for 47 counties in Kenya for labour market data  on level of skills; and Capacity building programmes for the National Assembly’s Departmental Committee on Labour and Social Welfare.
