Training Overview

Earlier today,we embarked on facilitating a 5-Day Strategic Planning Workshop for Thika Water and Sewerage Co. Ltd.(THIWASCO).

The process involves review of the preceding(2014-2019) Strategic Plan and utilizing the same to inform development of the new THIWASCO(2019-2024) Strategic Plan.

Our Managing Consultant Mr. Eliud Owalo is the Lead Consultant for the exercise.
