Training Overview
Earlier today, we held an Inception Meeting as we embarked on simultaneously undertaking two distinct consultancy assignments pertaining to Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS) respectively for the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC).
The TNA aims at objectively determining demand-driven Training Programmes for KNEC aligned to the current Strategic Plan; desirable thematic areas moving forward; emerging issues in the operational environment and Global Best-Practices in Educational Assessment and Certification.
The ESS is intended to determine the Employee’ Satisfaction Index (ESI) and corresponding initiatives.
Our Managing Consultant Mr. Eliud Owalo is the Lead Consultant for the Technical support.
