Training Overview

Earlier today, we embarked on facilitating the development of a computerized (ERP-based) Performance Management System (PMS) using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) model for Chai Sacco. The envisaged output will be the institutionalization of a BSC Perfomance Management Framework at Corporate and Functional Levels and Cascaded down to the Individual Scorecard to translate the Strategy into Results.
