Training Overview

This Week we are facilitating an HR Strategy Workshop for the National Hospital Insurance Fund at the Crowne Plaza,Nairobi.

The Workshop Outputs will feed into Design of an HR Strategy that facilitates successful implementation of the Fund’s Corporate Strategic Plan.

The HR Strategy will also be aligned to relevant Legal and Policy frameworks at National;Regional; and International Levels;and Benchmarked with Global-Best HR. Practices.

Our Managing Consultant Mr. Eliud Owalo is the lead consultant for the assignment.
