Design of Strategic Plans

We have in the recent past Designed over 100 Strategic Plans (including either Mid-Term or End-Term Evaluation of the Strategic Plans) and aligned them not only to the Kenya Vision 2030 and its 1^st ,2^nd and the 3^rd  and 4^th Medium-Term Plans but also to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs); the AU’s Agenda 2064; EAC Vision 2050; the Kenya Kwanza Government’s Bottom Up Economic Transformation Agenda(BETA); and other relevant Policy Documents.
