Clement has provided organizational development and institutional strengthening support, including but not limited to development of organizational structures and determination of optimal staffing levels for the following organisations: “UMATI in Tanzania, Family Health Options in Kenya, Family Guidance Association in Ethiopia, Family Planning Association of Uganda and Liberia, Centre for African Family Studies based in Nairobi, JHPIEGO and IPPFARO.
He has also conducted HR Audits and undertaken training needs assessment for Kenya Meat Commission, cooperative unions, African highlands, Brooke Bond Kenya [now Brooke Bond Unilever], Commission for Higher Education, Pan African Paper Mills and several NGOs.
