Mr. Waka holds a BA (Hons.) Degree in Economics and an MBA Degree from the University of Nairobi. Before moving into Consultancy, John held senior positions in management,amonst which include Regional Human Resource and Development Manager for Standard Chartered Bank responsible for Human Resource Strategic activities in Uganda, Tanzania and Kenya; Director of Human Resources, Sterling Health International for East, Central and
Southern Africa; Management Consultant, Coopers & Lybrand Associates; Associate director of Human Resources; World Vision International responsible for the HR function in the Africa region (32 operations);and Economist, N.S.S.F. of Planning and National Development, responsible for feasibility studies and impact evaluation of major Government Projects.

Prof. Wambalaba has a little over 30 years of experience in both the United States and Kenya, inclusive of 11 years as a senior urban transportation planner in Portland, Oregon USA, three years as senior research associate at Center for Urban Transportation Research (CUTR) at University of South Florida (USF) in USA, and six plus years as Director/ Associate DVC-AA Research for Research and Academic Program Development at USIU Kenya. Previously, Francis managed a capacity building program including coordination of Transportation Demand Management (TDM) teaching faculty through CUTR at USF for three years; managed an on-line technical advisory clearinghouse serving professionals across the United States and Canada with some members from Europe and elsewhere; and several grant funded research projects. He has also been a project manager for large projects including transportation projects in Portland Oregon and the Gates Foundation-funded Agribusiness capacity building in Kenya

Mr. J.C. Owino is a highly-experienced and respected organisational/institutional development and management consultant who has directed, led and undertaken multi-disciplinary and inter-disciplinary assignments in the fields of: Organisation Design and human resource development; project planning and management; strategic planning; Job Evaluation; and facilitation of training programmes. He holds an MBA from the University of Hull – UK and is a Certified Public Secretary (Kenya) CPS (K).

Phillip holds a Master of Science Degree in Statistics from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Education Degree in Mathematics major from Kenyatta University.

Mr. Balongo is a Statistician, Market Surveys and Data Analysis Expert with 12 years’ practicing experience. He holds a BSc in  Mathematics/Statistics from the University of Nairobi and an MSc in Information Systems (UoN).

Ms. Jaqueline Muga has a previous 10 years’ working experience in the Finance Sector.
