This morning we embarked on the process of designing a Human Resource (HR) Strategy and undertaking Training Needs Assessment(TNA) for NHIF.
The Rationale for the HR Strategy is to craft a Roadmap for the HR Function that facilitates effective implementation of the NHIF (2018-2023) Strategic Plan and Benchmarked with Global Best-HR Practices.
The overall objective of the Training Needs Assessment (TNA) is to determine demand-driven Training Programmes for the Fund aligned to the Strategic direction; emerging issues in the operational environment and Benchmarked with Global Best-Practices.
